DR. MANUEL AND FANNY NORIEGA.
Founders of the Global Christian Church
The ministry of Pastors Manuel and Fanny Noriega began in the year 2003, when they were anointed for the call in the city of Maracaibo, Zulia State, by Apostle Ronald Short, and sent by the Holy Spirit to establish the first congregation in the city of Paraguaná, Falcón State, Venezuela.

The Noriega pastors have demonstrated a life consecrated to the Lord Jesus Christ, free from religious paradigms, showing a genuine love for God and His Word, a passion for souls, a commitment to the expansion of the Gospel of the Kingdom of Christ, and the formation of disciples who continue the Great Commission.
​
It is a ministry under the direction and power of the Holy Spirit, with a tangible confirmation from God, evidenced in lives saved and transformed by the Gospel of Christ. The Holy Spirit manifests Himself by healing, delivering, and transforming lives through the ministry of the Noriega pastors.

God has given them anointing, gifts, and grace to preach and teach His Word, serving the people and the leadership of the Church of Christ among the nations. Pastor Noriega has also participated in evangelistic campaigns and crusades, marked by the power of God. In addition, they are a ministry devoted to the edification of the Body of Christ, imparting and teaching God’s people and their leaders to establish an intimate and genuine relationship with God as our Eternal Father, through Jesus and His Word, under the guidance and care of the Holy Spirit, igniting in their hearts a fire to reach the lost to be trained and sent as disciples of Christ.

Pastor Manuel Noriega, together with his wife, Pastor Fanny Noriega, established churches and ministries in various regions of Venezuela. They are the founders of the Casa de Vida Christian Centers, the Voice of Life Foundation, the IBAO Bible Institute in Venezuela, and served as advisors to various Christian organizations and media outlets in their native country.

In the year 2013, the Holy Spirit began to confirm that they were to sow everything God had given them in Venezuela into each of their disciple-ministers and go outside their native land. The Lord spoke through His Spirit and prophetic voices, confirming that it was in the United States where God desired to move them. In obedience to that prophetic word, the Noriega pastors traveled to the city of Miami to become part of the staff of associate pastors at Latin Mission Ministries, working in the training and impartation of new leaders and ministers. Some time later, the Lord began to speak and confirm that the Noriega pastors were to establish their own ministry in the United States in order to continue the apostolic assignment God had entrusted to them.

They currently reside in the city of Miami, Florida. Rev. Manuel M. Noriega and Rev. Fanny Noriega are ordained ministers of Missionary Church USA and are the founding ministers of Global Christian Church, a church and apostolic network whose mission is to make disciples of Christ by evangelizing, consolidating, discipling, equipping, and sending a new generation of leaders under the anointing of the Holy Spirit to win new disciples of Jesus, both nationally and internationally.

Pastor Manuel M. Noriega is the founder and director of the Global Ministry School, the digital platform www.escuelaglobaldeministerio.org, based in Miami, through which he trains and imparts to leaders and ministers from the nations how to make disciples in the way of Jesus. He is also the director of the Ministerial Unity Movement Ambassadors of the Kingdom, with the participation of hundreds of ministers from the nations, whose vision is to seek unity, not uniformity, within the Body of Christ, without being ecumenical, striving to respond to the prayer Jesus made to the Father in John 17:21.

The Noriega pastors dedicate their lives to making disciples for Christ and helping in the edification of the Church both nationally and internationally, serving as instruments of the Lord to bring a word full of anointing, power, and revelation of the Holy Spirit, activating the Body of Christ to be prepared and ready for the greatest revival that is about to ignite the nations of the earth and gather the greatest harvest of souls in all of history.
